This is a ten minutes dessert that can be made with just a few ingredients. I really loved the way this ice-cream tastes. With powdered chocolate, honey and ginger we will give a really unusual touch to our daily and simple vanilla ice-cream scoop!

Ingredients (1 serving) 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream 2 tbsp powdered chocolate 2 tbsp honey 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger Cinnamon sticks and pistacchios for garnish

1- Combine honey and ginger.

2-Warm up the honey just a little bit in the microwave. 3-Roll the scoops of ice-cream over the chocolate powder until well coated. Place the ice-cream on the serving plate. 4-Pour the honey mixture all over the ice-cream, decorate with cinnamon sticks and garnish with pistachio. That’s it! Thanks for looking!! Thank you!!
